You don't have to be in the construction phase of a multi-story building to take advantage of all that hired access equipment has to offer. In fact, these products can make any work at height easier and safer than ever.
Take the recent project done by Ken Cowie, owner of Metropolitan Electrical Services. The company was contracted by a Melbourne printing and data firm to install various security devices throughout the premises, and also to make adjustments to the existing system.
This included installing new surveillance cameras, tweaking security light positions and integrating a new microwave antenna with existing IT infrastructure. To tackle the job, Metropolitan Electrical hired a 40E RT Electrical Boom from Kennards, which exceeded the expectations of Cowie.
The company also hired a small knuckle boom that could be used inside the facility.
To Cowie, it was as much the high level of service as it was the quality of the machinery that made the project a success.
"I like dealing with one company," he said in a testimonial, "whether that’s for all the electrical components and supplies needed for a job or hiring equipment; when suppliers like Kennards look after me I look after them."
